When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. Please avoid putting confidential or sensitive personal information in a message unless it is needed for your enquiry.

We use enquiry information to read and respond to your request, discuss sourcing requirements, follow up on potential business and keep a record of the conversation. We do not use the enquiry form to create an account or take payment.

The enquiry form sends its contents to Web3Forms, which processes the submission and forwards it to our email inbox. Its service may process information outside Bangladesh. The interactive map on our contact page is supplied by Google Maps; loading it may share your browser information and IP address with Google. If you choose a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own terms and privacy policy. Email and telephone communications are handled by the services you and we use.

The site saves your Pause motion choice in your browser's local storage so the preference remains available on later visits. This site does not set advertising cookies. If optional performance measurement is enabled, the site may send page route, viewport class and loading or interaction metrics to a configured measurement endpoint; that report does not include form field values.

We share enquiry details with the services needed to deliver and manage the enquiry, and with people working on the relevant business request. We keep correspondence while it is needed for that request, a business relationship, or applicable record-keeping duties, and then delete it when it is no longer needed. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure; please contact us if you need a different way to share sensitive documents.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where applicable by emailing fmglobalbd@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity and may retain information where law requires or permits it. You can clear the saved motion preference through your browser's site-data controls.

We may update this policy as the site or our services change. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated.
